Q-Lana, made a significant mark at the annual conference for SME Finance in Central and Eastern Europe, CEE23, organized by the SME Banking Club in Krakow.
The team played an active role throughout the event, delivering a comprehensive program, On the first day, the team hosted a workshop on the digital transformation of SME business, engaging over 30 participants. The session focused on the development of a business strategy for SME banking centered around Relationship Centricity and Risk Management, accompanied by a detailed roadmap for Digital Transformation. Presentations from Christian Ruehmer, Michael Ruckman from Senteo, and Q-Lana’s CTO Bharath Kumar (Zeroco.de) provided valuable insights.
Day two featured Q-Lana’s participation in a panel discussion on approaches to accelerate the digitalization of SME lending, contributing expertise and thought leadership to the conference.
